After dinner, two door prizes were drawn.  Dr. Bill Hersey was the lucky

winner of a buffet dinner for two at the Madison Restaurant.

Thank you Dick Theriault for donating this great door prize!

Leano Gurschick was the winner of the second door prize, a fall floral arrangement.

It was a match!  Connie went home $60 richer!

After the drawings, Warden Brock Clukey spoke and answered questions about the new ATV laws which went into effect this year.  He explained that unless you are on an established ATV trail, all ATV riders must have verbal permission from the landowner.  That permission must be in writing if you are riding through pastureland, cropland, or in an orchard.  You can learn more about these new rules at http://www.state.me.us/ifw/rv/atvnewregsaug312004.htm.

With a twinkle in his eye, David Kimball

entertained the crowd with down home humor.

The evening concluded with songs by local musicians
