After the drawings, Warden Brock Clukey spoke and answered questions about the new ATV laws which went into effect this year. He explained that unless you are on an established ATV trail, all ATV riders must have verbal permission from the landowner. That permission must be in writing if you are riding through pastureland, cropland, or in an orchard.
