It's wonderful to see young families out on the trails enjoying the beauty of winter. In this photo Devin and Pete are followed by Paula and Joslin as they enjoy a Sunday ride.

In this photo contributed by Michael Bouffard, we see young Jack Bouffard out for his first ride. Judging from his expression, he's loving every minute of it!

Our Club Treasurer, Ron Russell, has taken on the challenge of trying to beat the Dixfield Poodunck Snowmobile Club (and Jon Holmes in particular) in membership numbers. Ron is pretty serious in this effort, and he's not afraid to do a little work to see that we bring in more members. This past weekend (February 5th and 6th, 2005), he took his quest for new members right out on the trails!

Since the Club recently received the donation of a small travel trailer, Ron decided it would be perfect to set up along the trail to urge snowmobile riders to join the club. This photo shows Ron as he gets things ready next to the Oxford Lanes Bowling Alley/Candlepin Cafe along Corridor Trail 17.

many riders who stopped by Ron's "booth" to see what was going on.

Don and Josh are from Scarborough and were riding with their neighbor, Don Patch.

Don was one of the many riders who took advantage of the easy way to join, and signed up to become a member on the spot! Welcome to the Club, Don!
