SITE PREPARATION
June, July, and August 2008

The rainy weather this summer made it difficult to get the building site cleared. If we waited for dry weather, it might never have happened! So rain or shine, the guys have been out there getting the job done. In the photo to the right, Fern Dumoulin was getting the chainsaw ready for work. |

Dany Anctil (on the pulp truck) and his helper Blaine Virgin (using the chain saw on the left) came on several occasions. Their help was a big boost! Dany basically charged for the cost of his fuel and his helper. Thanks Dany! |

On 8/13/08, Bob Richard volunteered
his time, equipment, and fuel to pull all the stumps on the building
site and finish taking down the last few trees. Thanks Bob! |

| On 8/14/08, the stumps were hauled

| Dany Anctil took several loads with his dump truck and his pulp truck ... |
... and Bob Richard took a load on his pulp truck. |
| Also, on 8/14/08, Bob Richard brought
his bulldozer to push the loam off the building site. |

elevation readings. |

When Bob Richard finished removing the
loam with the bulldozer, he used his excavator to pile the loam up.
This loam will be used to landscape after the building is completed. |
